Is buying online with WHD safe?

WHD use Sage Pay’s card payment services. Sage Pay is level 1 PCI DSS compliant and is an active member of the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, so you can be confident that your data is safe.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most payment cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

How can I use a Promotional Code?

Please enter your Promotional Code in the box on the left of the ‘YOUR BAG’ prior to ‘CHECKOUT’. Unfortunately, if you forget to use your Promotional Code after confirming your order, it cannot be used for that transaction but you can use it for your next purchase provided it’s still valid.

Do you offer a student discount?

No, we don’t currently offer student discount but keep checking as this may change!

The item I want is not in my size. Is it possible to request the item when it comes back in stock?

Yes, when viewing the item, click the link under ‘NOT IN YOUR SIZE?’ and we will let you know if we can supply it. Please note some items will not come back in stock, due to high demand.

How do I know that you have received my order?

We will confirm that we have received your order by email. Please allow up to one hour to receive the message.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail from DHL which will allow you to track your order until you receive it.

Can I withdraw my order once I’ve submitted it?

Unfortunately, once you have submitted your order, it cannot be withdrawn. If you decide you want to cancel, please refer to our Returns Cancellation and Refunds page.

How can I return items that are unsuitable?

If you would like to return an unsuitable item, please complete the Returns Form enclosed in the delivery package and send the item back to us by recorded delivery, keeping a proof of postage. Although it is your choice to use either standard or recorded return delivery, if the item does get lost in transit and you have no proof of delivery, we cannot process your refund.

What do I do if my order is incorrect or faulty?

Please follow the Returns procedure, stating the Reason Code on the Returns Form. We will process your return in accordance with our Returns Cancellation and Refunds policy.

What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

All our deliveries can be tracked during dispatch and delivery on the DHL tracking website. If you are not there to receive your items, you will be contacted by DHL and they can re-organise delivery to you. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days please contact help@wantherdress.com and we will raise a full investigation with the carrier. Please note it may take up to three weeks to process a claim.

We deliver to the UK and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, The Netherlands, Sweden. IMPORTANT – please see our Delivery page for full terms and conditions.

Why do you offer only offer UK Next Day & Europe Express delivery?

We wanted a delivery service that was fast, reliable and that could be tracked.

Do you deliver to BFPO?

No, unfortunately we do not deliver to BFPO.
